Beware of imported DISEASED red roses. In our case rose head simply dropped off only 3-4 hours after purchase. Explanation was: oh, we can't see the roses condition (presumably whilst arranging?)

Very friendly and efficient. I phoned up with less than 24 hours notice from England to deliver my Mum some flowers, sparkling wine, chocolates and a balloon on the 23rd of December and they managed to do it. Thank you to the great team have ordered several times from oversees and Mum is always very happy with the flower arrangements she receives
Today is the 1 year anniversary of my daughter being stillborn. Yesterday I went in to get flowers and balloons for a balloon release today...my children love to send balloons up to their little sister with drawings on them. This morning we woke up and the balloons were flat. We called and were told there is nothing they can do. We have got balloons several times elsewhere and never had this issue. Now my kids are very upset that they cant do this for their sister. I am upset as this is so special to me. $9 on 2 balloons. Very poor customer service, Sandy had no interest in talking to us. Today should be special and was meant to be easy, now I need to go into town to buy balloons elsewhere to honour my daughters birthday.Very poor service.
