I have been renting through LocalAgent for over a year now, they have always been helpful and friendly. Maintenance gets done on time and never had any issues. Would recommend going through them.
Avoid this real estate at all costs!The property manager I had the misfortune of having was horrible. They will send entry notices months in advance and then will not remind you near the actual date. Refused many the time to amend any maintenance for the property, and were all about getting the tenants to pay for any damage, cleaning or maintenance needed when even on the entry report it was there before the move in date.Most horrible experience with a real estate agency I have ever had. A close friend was extremely interested in buying one of their listings and after reading the reviews and dealing with them for a week decided it was not even worth going through them.If it was possible to give a negative rating I certainly would.Terrible company to have any relationship with.
