if I could put 1/2 a star I would .Our experience for lunch today was very disappointing to say the least .We hadnt been for a while so thought we would grab a burger and mocha frappe.Well from the first problem of no chocolate topping left it just kept going downhill .The drinks arrived and were very average .As a frappe you usually get crushed ice and icecream but there was none of that ...there was cream on top but overall it had very little flavor .But the worst was yet to come.I ordered the chicken burger which was very poorly presented .I took it apart to check what was on it ...a very thin piece of chicken , with 2 pieces of tomato and a very small bit of leaves ...I went looking for the aoli as the bread was very dry and found a small 10c piece size squirt .Disgusted to think we paid around $12 for this my husband returned it .It was redone and unbelievably was so much worse .Same piece of chicken minus a chunk...a thin smear of red something ...no aoli ...same tomato and lettuce.I proceeded to complain and asked for my money back .This cafe used to be so good its such a shame.Not sure what has happened...the burgers used to be the best .I definitely wont be going back thats for sure.

Great service. Very friendly n happy staff. Really enjoyed coffee n cheesecake my daughter had the Chic burger n she really enjoyed it. Will visit again when in Highfields for sure
